During the Caliphate of Hazrat Umar, the Companions asked the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) for supplication.

Hafiz Ibn Abi Shaba narrates together with his chain of transmission:

Malik al-Dar, UN agency was the food minister of Hazrat Umar, states that once there was a famine at intervals the time of Hazrat Umar.

Hazrat Bilal bin Harith Mazni visited the blessed grave of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and said:

"O individual of God (peace and blessings of God be upon him)! Pray for rain for your Islamic Ummah as a results of it's dying of famine."

The Prophet (peace Associate in Nursingd blessings of Allah be upon him) came to this man in an passing dream..

Then he visited Hazrat Umar (RA) and knowing him of this. 

"O Allah! I surrender exclusively that at intervals that i am weak."

Also, Hafiz Ibn Kathie writes:

Hafiz Abu Bakr Bayh qi narrates from leader together with his chain of transmission that once there was a famine at intervals the time of Hazrat Umar bin Al-Khattab. someone came to the blessed place of Hazrat Bilal bin Harith Mazni What: "

O individual of God (peace and blessings of God be upon him)! Pray for rain for your nation as a result of it's dying of famine.

"Go to Omar, greet him and inform him that it will rain on you, and tell him: you've to understand , you've to understand ."Then he visited Hazrat Umar (RA) and knowing him of this. Hazrat Umar (RA) said:

"My Lord! I desolate exclusively that that I am weak."

The credibleness of this hadith is correct.

In the science of hadith, the temperament of Hafiz Ibn Kathie is Muslim at intervals the eyes of every the proponents and additionally the opponents. Saif narrated in Fatuh that the one United Nations agency had this dream was one all told the companions of Hazrat Bilal bin Harith Mazni.

This hadith has been declared saheeh by every Hafiz Ibn Katheer and Hafiz Ibn Hajar Asqalani and once their correction there is no area for any hesitation and no one's denial is have to be compelled to have attention.
